Super Nannies is a nanny training and placement agency specialising in placements of Domestic Nannies, Executive Nannies, Night Nannies and Au Pairs. We cater for busy working parents and families who are on the go and who may need a nanny or domestic nanny to help them manage their busy schedules. Our placement agents are mothers themselves — our aim is to place a reputable candidate to care for your child or children in the comfort and safety of your home.
At Super Nannies, we understand the importance of thoroughly vetting our candidates to ensure the highest level of quality and trust. Our comprehensive screening process is designed to provide you with complete peace of mind. We operate with transparency, allowing you to contact the referees directly to verify the information provided — an added layer of assurance that helps you make an informed decision when selecting the perfect nanny for your family.
We charge a one-time placement fee of 10% of the annual salary, based on the standard cost model used in the recruitment industry. This fee reflects the thorough and meticulous process we undertake to ensure the best possible match for your family.
Sometimes, despite the best intentions, personalities may not align, or a new hire may not fully meet your expectations. Yet, the hiring process often involves a significant financial investment. Super Nannies understand the importance of protecting that investment — that's why we offer a guarantee with every placement, provided the signed service level agreement is returned within 15 working days, as well as the invoice issued is paid by the due date. If you're not satisfied with your initial hire, we'll facilitate a complimentary replacement. You'll have the opportunity to interview new candidates and select the most suitable individual for your needs, all without incurring additional costs.

Once you've chosen which candidates to meet, your agent coordinates interviews — at your home or a mutual venue.
Trial the candidate you like best. You pay the nanny directly for her day plus a small transport rebate. Up to three trial days.
Inform your agent, you'd like to proceed with making an offer of employment. We provide the SLA, contract, invoice and UIF forms to finalise everything.
